LIFE Nights
Life Nights are held each Sunday night after the 6pm Mass and are open to all high
school students. We use the Life Teen model of ministry - which means food, fun, prayer, and exploring your Catholic faith!
What is LIFE TEEN?
LIFE TEEN is an international Catholic movement that serves the Church
by providing resources and faith experiences that help lead teens closer
to Christ. This is accomplished through a vibrant Eucharistic spirituality
and by creating widespread opportunities for teens to grow in their
faith.
COR Retreat
What is C.O.R ?
The Latin word for heart is "cor". C.O.R is about getting to the
HEART of things. It is also an acronym for Christ in Others Retreat. This is
an opportunity for you as a highschooler to get away for the weekend! Get away
from the craziness! It is a chance to meet & make new friends and grow
closer with old friends. It is a gift to yourself! Learn more about yourself,
others and grow closer to God! Do this! You won't regret it! You won't forget
it!
Who Goes on a C.O.R Retreat?
C.O.R Retreat is for anyone in the 9th - 12th grade who wants to try something
different. It's for anyone in high school. It doesn't matter what school
you go to, what sport you play, or even how close you are to God! You don't
have to be Catholic. Invite your friends! Bring your brother or sister. Fill
out the paper work and come on retreat with us! (Because of the limited space
available at this retreat site, priority will be given to those who have
not attended a COR retreat before).
The next C.O.R will be in the Spring of 2008.
Catholic HEART Workcamp
A week long camp where youth from around the country come together to help
those in need. After each full day of work they have fun evening activities.
