I am Debra Tomaselli and I help to develop family spiritual programs at St. Mary Magdalen. I was born in New York and raised in New Mexico before moving to Florida. My husband and I married at St. Margaret Mary in Winter Park in 1982 and joined SMM in 1987. We are enjoying life and raising our three wonderful daughters. I
was raised Catholic, but after my younger brother's death in 1990, my faith became
more than a mere ritual. In the darkened passages of grief, I questioned my personal
belief in Jesus. In my ensuing search for truth, I ultimately joined the apostle
Peter in answering Jesus' question, "Do you also wish to go away?" John
