After School Care Survey

Dear Parent(s):

In response to parental concerns about affordability and flexibility of after school care for SMM School students, the School Board, School administration and parent volunteers, in conjunction with Early Learning Center and Parish leadership, have been involved in studying the feasibility of offering alternatives for after school care for the 2008/2009 school year.

There is much to consider and the project involves extensive research, planning and projection. To assist us in the planning process, it’s critical for us to receive parent feedback on the potential use of a redesigned program. To gather this information, we’re asking each school family to complete a brief survey either via the page attached or online through the link provided on a recent email sent to you. Please return the paper survey to your child’s homeroom or submit the survey online:

no later than Thursday, April 24th. Please complete the survey whether or not you are interested in after school care. Your feedback is critical to assuring an appropriate program is developed and to determine related impacts to SMM School and the Early Learning Center. All involved appreciate your prompt response and involvement in this endeavor.
