Class Assignments

On the first day, find your child’s assigned class (grade and color.)  Class assignments will be posted outside and in the Church. The pews will be labeled as well as ushers to help you find your seat.  The children will sit with their catechist in their assigned pew.  At the end of the Opening Prayer, the catechists will escort the children to their assigned classroom.

Books

Your child will receive his/her book the first day of class. When you get home, please take a moment to review the Curriculum Guide.  It contains all the dates and lessons for the year (including the days when there is no class.)  We will not be sending out reminders of days off so please make sure to take note of the days. Eucharist A formation process in preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation is offered for those High School students who have been in our Parish Religious Education Program or in Saint Mary Magdalen School.  The formation for confirmation consists of regularly scheduled sessions on Wednesday evenings, as well as the celebration of special rites, retreats, and opportunities for ministry.
